糖心传媒 student housing provides convenient, affordable housing for single students, single parents, married students, and married students with children.
- Student housing requires all residents to provide proof of compliance with the meningitis vaccination.
- A student must be enrolled in six or more credits to reside in student housing.
- All housing facilities are located just two blocks off the campus.
- Payment options for single students will allow four payments of 录 the contract each; or $50.00 credit if paid in full before instruction begins.

Your Student Housing Options
Single students have a choice of dorm living or sharing an apartment.

- Griswold Hall Dorms provide single and double occupancy dorm living for students at an affordable price.
Features include: TV and study rooms, free parking, a community kitchen, gathering areas,
a game room, a computer lab, and laundromat. The price includes all utilities and
internet.

- Single-Student Apartments are furnished two and three-bedroom units. They have a common living/dining room,
kitchen with full-sized cooking range, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and bathroom.
Students share an apartment but have a private bedroom. Students may request their
own roommates, provided that all parties are agreeable. Otherwise, the college will
assign a roommate based on the information provided on the student housing application.
The price includes all utilities and internet.

- Married and Family Apartments are two or three bedroom unfurnished apartments, with a living/dining room, kitchen with full-sized cooking range, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, bathroom, laundry hookups, and lawn/playground areas. The price includes garbage and water.
- Griswold Hall Dorms provide single and double occupancy dorm living for students at an affordable price.

- Rent - $1,871.10 per semester, per student

- Griswold Single (No roommate):
- Rent - $2,539.95 per semester

Apartments
- College Parkway (Can have 1-2 roommates placed, can not rent entire apartment alone):
- Rent - $2,562.00 per semester, per student
- Deposit - $350
- Married and Family two bedroom:
- Rent - $866.25 per month
- Deposit - $500
- Married and Family three bedroom:
- Rent - $918.75per month
- Deposit - $500
- Summer Student Housing (non M/F residents):
- Rent - $444.44 per month
There is a Processing fee of $50 for all applications.
